If you would like your order shipped before the holiday, please place your order by 9:00 AM on Friday, 1 May.
Shipping Suspension Period: 9:00 AM on Friday, 1 Mayto Wednesday, 6 May.
*Orders received during this period will be shipped in sequence starting on Thursday, 7 May.
*If you select EMS, Yamato Ta-Q-Bin or Sagawa Express as your shipping method, we may be able to ship your order during this period. In that case, we will ship it as soon as it is ready. However, we cannot guarantee this, so please try to avoid placing your order during this period if possible.
Regarding Responses to Inquiries During the Break
For inquiries submitted during the break, we will respond whenever possible in about 2-4 days.
