Shipping Suspension Period: 9:00 AM on Friday, December 26, 2025 to Tuesday, January 6, 2026
*Orders received during this period will be shipped in sequence starting on Wednesday, January 7.
Regarding Responses to Inquiries Before and After Holidays
For inquiries submitted via our inquiry form by Friday, December 26, we will respond whenever possible, before the holiday.
For inquiries submitted from Saturday, December 27 to Monday, January 5, we will respond in sequence starting on Tuesday, January 6.
