To customers contacting us for repair requests and for repair service inquiries
a. After filling in the form, press the submit button. After submitting the form, a "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email" will be sent to you automatically.

b. Once you receive the "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email", please reply to the email with some photos to show us the condition of the repair item (with photos of the front, back, top, and bottom show the entire item. As well as photos show the problem area, if possible). After you send the photos to us, we will contact you by email within about 5 business days.

To customers contacting us for inquiries about our products, or other matters
a. After filling in the form, press the submit button. Once submission is complete, a "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email" will be automatically sent to the email address you input.

b. We will contact you by email within about 5 business days after you receive the "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email".

*If the person in charge is out of office, it may take more than 5 business days to contact you. We appreciate your patience.

*Please note that if you enter an incorrect email address, you will not receive a confirmation email from us, nor we won't be able to contact you.

*If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder as well.
