How to Order Consignment Sale Items

Orders for consignment items are accepted by the inquiry form.

1. Please fill in the necessary information in the inquiry form, and enter the ①item number, ②product name, and ③serial number of the item you are interested in in the "Message" field, and then submit. Once submission is complete, a "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email" will be automatically sent to the email address you input.

2. We will contact you by email within 2 business days after you receive the "Confirmation of Inquiry Reception Email". If the item is in stock, we will inform you the total price including shipping costs and our domestic bank account details (MUFG, JP Bank).

3. We will ship your order by Yamato-Ta-Q-Bin within 3 business days after we receive the payment.


*The due date is within 7 days after we provide our bank account details by email. If payment is not made within the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

*For consignment sales items, we accept only bank transfer (Mitsubishi UFJ Bank / Postal Transfer) and cash at the store. We do not accept credit card payments.

*If you are interested in purchasing an item at our store, please contact us using the Contact Form. We will check our inventory and make an appointment for you to visit our store.

To Customers Overseas
We generally do not accept orders from overseas customers for consignment items because we do not accept credit card payments. If you are interested in a consignment item and if it is possible to send money in JPY to Japanese bank, please contact us to get detailed information.
*Consignment sales prices do not include Japanese consumption tax. However, if we send consignment sale items overseas, it will be the subject to taxes set by the destination country. In addition, handling fees may be incurred during import customs clearance. Please note that you will need to pay these taxes and fees yourself when you receive the items.

Please Be Sure to Read the Following Terms, Before Ordering Consignment Sale Items

*We do not check the detailes of consignment sale items. We do not check the accessories for use, either.
*Consignment items basically do not come with a warranty. We offer mail-order sales, but we recommend that you see the item in person at the store before you purchase it if possible. We also recommend that you consider on the basis of sending them for repair service after purchase or after using some time, regardless of whether you purchase them from us or others.
*You cannnot reserve consignment items.
*We do not provide repair estimates on the consignment items that are currently for sale.
*After you purchase a consignment item at our store, we can provide you with a repair estimate on the spot if you wish. (We will contact you later if it takes time to estimate.)
*If the item is described as having been repaired or OH'd by us, we have confirmed it is certain.  However, it won't ensure the current condition of the product since we have no control over how the product has been used since then.
*The description such as “repaired or OH'd by another repair company” is an explanation from the seller. It is not endorsed by us.
*Some product has our comments listed that are as far as we can see from the external appearance.
